Are the consultations guaranteed to address my concerns?

What is your consultation cancellation policy?

All appointments are final and non-refundable. Missed appointments or late cancellations will still be charged in full. This policy ensures fairness to our clients and maintains the integrity of our scheduling system.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will be treated as cancellations and charged accordingly.
